Purpose of function:
The ISA/SIPP Administrator will be responsible for the day to day receipt, verification and processing of applications. They will also be responsible for the completion and submission of relevant returns. In addition they are responsible for the production and maintenance of support records and the identification and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities:
Receipt, verification and processing of ISA applications
Receipt, verification and processing of SIPP applications
Timely set up of Client Accounts
Banking of funds
Completion and lodgement of ISA10’s
Completion and lodgement of ISA14’s
Completion and lodgement of ISA25’s
Ensuring Stock eligibility
Timely and accurate production and maintenance of records
Effective liaison with Client Exec’s
Identification and resolution of issues
Training new ISA/SIPP staff
Internal Projects
