One of the UKs leading Insurance Brokers is seeking a proven Sales person to join their newly formed Personal Lines Insurance Team. Your role will be to work closely with the team leader to maintain and develop an already established client base, using your sales skills to acquire key accounts and expand the personal lines division.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the team leader to identify new opportunities and innovative ways of expanding the Personal Lines Broker business
Maintain a high profile in the broker community and ensure the service offering is positioned and understood correctly
Maintain and develop an existing client base
Prepare and deliver your own sales activity plan to ensure sufficient activity is in place to deliver targets
Display an eagerness to develop and further your career
Skills
A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets is essential
Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales would be beneficial
The ability to build long standing relationships with business clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
