Branch Assistant
Salary: £17,000 - £20,000
Location: Evesham
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UKs leading Insurance Brokers as a Branch Assistant. Your role will be to uphold the companies professional image through the provision of outstanding customer service, whilst generating high quality sales and maximising on opportunities to cross-sell insurance policies.
You will be provided with the opportunity to enrol in the businesses Management Programme, gaining Industry qualifications and working your way on to more senior managerial positions.
Responsibilities
Deal with members of the General Public, identifying their needs and selling suitable Insurance Policies
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance policies
Maintain the professional reputation of the organisation through impeccable customer service, professional appearance and manner
Develop relationships with new, existing and potential customers
Display an eagerness to learn, develop and further your career
Willingness to work towards industry qualifications
Skills
A strong back ground in customer service, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets is essential
Experience in the Insurance Industry would be beneficial, but not critical as full training will be provided
Thrive in a sales and target driven environment
Able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures
