Trainee Commercial Brokers
Salary: £14,000 - £20,000
Location: North Somerset
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Personal Lines Brokers who are seeking the opportunity to progress into Commercial Insurance Broking. Initially you will be responsible for the sale of Personal Lines policies to new and existing customers, whilst being provided with ongoing training to ease your development into Commercial Broking.
This is a rare opportunity for individuals with personal lines experience to join one of the largest independent brokers in the South West
Responsibilities
Actively sell the organisations service and product portfolio to new and existing clients
Sell Motor and home insurance policies to customers and small businesses
Establish and develop relationships with Key account holders and external customers
Identify opportunities to cross sell additional policies
Consistently provide an impeccable customer service standard to all clients
Skills
Ideally you will come from a personal lines and/or commercial broker background
A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Organised and able to build long standing relationships
Excellent communication skills
Ambitious and Target driven
