Claims Handler

Excellent opportunity for a bright and well presented claims handler to join a friendly and professional team in a role offering structure and variety. This medium sized insurance company are looking for a new addition to their claims unit to work alongside a team processing high volume travel insurance claims. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding claims processing targets, answering telephone enquiries relating to new and existing claims and estimating new claims. You will also be required to check and authorize claims payments and handle referrals yourself. Personal Lines claims experience is required – travel claims would be a definite advantage.
