Job Purpose
To provide support and assistance in product research and providing accurate reports based on client needs and requests ensuring that all sales opportunities are explored
Key Accountabilities:
Policy Lists – when requested provide accurate up to date list of all polices that are held by client and are currently in force and present in the company standard format
Reports – Produce reports following thorough research, which include recommendations, in the Company standard. Address all sales opportunities and encompass within the report
Assist with the completion of Reason Why Letters
Ensure all records are accurately and regularly maintained
Ensure knowledge is maintained on changes in the industry and new products
Provide support on both pre sale and post sale business to ensure continued professional service is provided at all times to clients
Skills & Experience:
In-depth knowledge of the Industry
Good relevant industry experience with time spent in an IFA environment
In-depth knowledge of obligatory requirements and products
Essential Professional Qualifications:
FPC
Hold or be working towards AFPC
