Job purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the JCC Directors and Consultants for new and existing Group Pension Schemes
Key accountabilities:
Provide effective and efficient administration for the implementation of new Group Pension Schemes and the ongoing pension administration and servicing of existing schemes.
Ensure all records, including 1st software, are accurately and regularly maintained.
Ensure client files are maintained in a professional manner in line with company procedures. Filing to be completed on a daily basis to ensure client files are up to date.
Ensure all work is properly diarised and regularly chased as necessary in order to meet specified deadlines.
Liaising with clients, insurers, and other departments of our Client.
Filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing documents and other administrative duties as necessary.
Carrying out research and project work as required by Manager and consultants.
Provide support to the JCC Consultants on both pre and post sale business as required, to ensure continued professional service is provided at all times to clients.
Key Technical Skills & Experience:
Excellent PC skills.
Experience of Adviser Office (1st software) desirable
Good all round knowledge of the administration of Group Personal Pensions and Occupational Pension Schemes
Good administration and organisational skills
Must have basic industry experience
Essential Professional Qualifications:
Progress with Financial Services qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
