Leads are generated both through walk in customers of the Bingley branch, referrals from knowledgeable and experienced branch staff and access to customer information for ongoing review work.
Due to the nature of the cases involved, average case values are consistently high and therefore adviser earnings are amongst the most attractive in the market.
The successful applicant will be highly professional with a strong service ethic, while maintaining a commitment to professional development and working towards AFPC. Full FPC and CAS is essential. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with top performers earning in excess of £100,000.
