Credit Control Manager

A leading international insurance services business is recruiting for an experienced credit control individual to manage a team of three credit controllers. You will be responsible for setting targets, monitoring work loads and motivating the team to maximise cash flow and minimise bad debt. Individual responsibilities will be to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally, deal with high profile and sensitive issues and recoveries, compile monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for internal management, be continually reviewing systems and processes with a view to making the department more efficient and making sure the department remains fully compliant with all the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Applicants must have held a senior credit control position within the London market, be comfortable supervising a small team, enjoy networking and building effective working relationships and be prepared to challenge existing internal controls and procedures.
