Personal Lines Administrator –Bristol Location – Up to £24K

A well respected intermediary seeks a Personal Lines Administrator to join their team, working in a high profile professional environment.
About the Role:
Your responsibility will be to deal with a portfolio of high net worth and VIP clients in a professional manner as well as deal with the administrative function of the office.
Working closely with the Account Executives and the Claims Handlers, you will be dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments and dealing with existing policies.
You will also be providing quotations and dealing with new business.
Documentation management.
Liaising with insurers, solicitors and third parties.
At times, you will be meeting with clients face to face.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
To be an effective communicator capable of dealing with all contacts ranging from insurers, brokers, solicitors, lawyers etc.
Must have excellent administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Must have a good understanding of personal lines insurance.
An excellent telephone manner, great customer service skills and computer literate.
Salary/Benefits Information:
Up to £24,000, dependant on experience.
