Our client are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop a defined territory, specialising in providing insurance cover for the the leisure industry
This role involves the sales management of external executive and also being targeted with development of your own account within the South West and South Wales region
Specifically:
To deliver the annual new business budget for the company.
To seek new business in line with the company’s objectives and deliver to personal targets.
To manage the company’s Sales Executives in order to ensure they deliver their individual new business targets.
To maintain, and achieve growth, in income from existing clients.
To produce an annual sales plan for the business and review performance versus plan on a monthly basis.
To monitor sales progress by applying a daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting structure across the business.
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Management Team representing Sales.
Be responsible for lead generation in the business in order to drive new business activity.
Be responsible for the implementation of CRM plans in the business in order to maximise retention.
Be responsible for developing the agency database in the business in order to optimise distribution opportunities.
Be responsible for developing a results orientated sales culture in the business.

Experienced Required:
Experience in developing business in an insurance sales or Broking environment
Track record of personal sales success
Strong communication and trading skills
Experience in managing sales people
