A confident individual is sought to help shape the future business relationship with a major independent Insurance Broker in this high profile position, working as an in-house Underwriter. The Job/Duties
Underwriting of General Commercial business utilising a bespoke underwriting system.
Dealing with new business enquiries, renewal and mid-term adjustments by producing terms and converting/retaining acceptable business.
Enhancing the company’s standing and presence with a prestigious Commercial Broker by establishing and maintaining strong personal relationships with key directors and staff in this in-house role.
The Benefits
A starting salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.

The Person
Experience of underwriting Commercial business in a Company environment, or on a Delegated Authority basis.
