Branch Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 + Company Car and Bonus
Location: Somerset
Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to develop their Commercial Insurance Brokerage. Your role will be to oversee the Branch operations whilst managing and developing an existing book of business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To oversee the branch operations and ensure the success of the business
Manage and develop an existing book of business vastly dealing with Commercial Insurance products
Ensure staff are fully motivated and focused
Provide training to junior staff where necessary
Work closely with associated brokers to ensure the best value policies are available
Skill:
A sound understanding of the Commercial Insurance market and experience within a Commercial Broker is essential
A proven ability to manage and motivate a team of people
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to manage and develop a book of business
