Head of Employee Benefits

An established firm of Accountants with a developed and highly successful Financial Services arm are looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated and proven developer of business to create a brand new division of Employee Benefits in South West.
The opportunity will be Bristol based, working as the number 2 in the financial services division. You will have full responsibility in implementing schemes to offer corporate companies, setting up systems and procedures, recruiting your own team of employee benefits consultants to assist you in growing the business in order to then roll out to the rest of the country.
You will already have an extensive book of warm clients to use, however, there will be requirement for this post holder to be used to a pure hunting role, creating business opportunities, by delivering meeting to Pensions Trustees, Directors and Hr Directors. 
 
Skills:
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to win business and grow a book of business from scratch within Employee Benefits.
You must have experience in developing and building a team
You must have full FPC and at least G60 qualification
You must be confident in your own ability to drive a team to success within short time scales on a large scale
