Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual with business review experience across all product areas. Reporting to the Business Assurance Manager your key responsibility will be to compliance check a range of business submitted by the Company’s team of Financial Advisers. You will also be required to identify trends leading to training needs or product amendments and additional technical support, ensuring that the company meets regulatory objectives. Other duties will include:-
Acting as a point of contact for enquiries from the Advisers, managing special cases when necessary.
Delivering projects as required and attending regular meetings, ensuring consistent approach.
Ensuring that acceptable and consistent levels of service standards are maintained.
Assisting with training new members of team where necessary.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have gained business review experience relating to pensions and investment business. You will have a methodical and organised approach and be able to work to deadlines, be an effective team-player and be able to respond and adapt to changes in procedures as and when necessary. Good computer skills are a must and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook are key.
