One of the world’s leading insurance groups is looking to recruit a Commercial Claims Negotiator to be an integral part of their impressive growth plans.
About the Role:
As a result of unprecedented growth our client are looking to recruit a Commercial Claims Negotiator to ensure all claims are handled in the correct technical manner.
The main responsibility is to negotiate through written and verbal communications an allocated number of claims.
Negotiating settlement of the Commercial Claims element of the claim.
Managing the allocation of “technical files”.
To provide a quality service to internal and external customers.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
An excellent telephone manner, great customer service skills and computer literate.
Previous experience in Commercial Claims.
To be a skillful negotiator.
To be able to display an understanding of the Liability Claims process.
Professional Qualifications Required:
Progression towards professional qualifications would be beneficial, however a genuine desire to attain qualification is paramount.
Salary/Benefits Information:
Salary is up to £24,000 depending on experience.
