Financial Planning Manager Norwich

A very successful IFA are keen to appoint a new adviser.

To provide holistic financial planning advice in a way that meets and exceeds the client expectations while taking responsibility for managing and developing staff.
Responsibility for managing client relationships and generating fees from a mixed portfolio of clients.
Developing strategic alliances with appropriate external professional connections and with other departments.
Providing technical expertise to partners, clients and other members of staff.
Active involvement in office marketing events and an ambassador of the firm. Implementing agreed unit business plans for the development of fees.
Awareness of the wide range of services the firm offers and suggests innovative products whilst pro actively identifying cross selling opportunities.
Adhering to the firms risk management policies and procedures.

Person Specification:

Ideally AFPC qualified (or equivalent) with a Certified Financial Planner licence.
Experience in managing fees and pro actively managing client portfolios
Pro active rather than reactive in their approach and personal goals are congruent with those of the firm.
Is energetic and enthusiastic, confronting and overcoming obstacles to progress.
Can think rationally and maturely without undue bias or reliance on emotional responses.
Builds extensive and active internal networks which cross geographical and client service boundaries and contributes to this network to enable others to share their knowledge.
Understands and communicates full range of firms products/ services, understands clients needs and negotiates and closes sales as appropriate.
