Our client have a large presence in the motor insurance market in South Wales and are now looking to expand their claims function within the Newport area.

 
With large growth plans over the next two years our client are currently looking to recruit staff within their Third party and Credit Hire function.

- Record all relevant accident details on the computer system
- Ensure recovery, repairs, estimates and inspections are carried
out promptly
- Keep customers fully informed of any accident repair progress and ensure vehicle downtime is
kept to a minimum
- Ensure all relevant accident paperwork is stored in the vehicle file
- Ensure all correspondence with customers or repair agents is complete and carried out promptly
- Ensure all invoices and write off claims are processed promptly
- Maximise use at the approved body shop network.
