Our client is seeking an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a team of 15, as one of three supervisors. Experience of MIB claims would be helpful but is not essential. The role will involve managing a caseload of pre and post issue MIB and foreign third party RTA claims.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a caseload of approx 150 MIB files
Provide specialised service for drivers injured by uninsured/untraced/foreign drivers
Part of the role would be to continue to improve the firm's relationship with the MIB in order to deliver the best service to our clients
Daily supervision of two paralegals

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of CPR and PI protocol
Previous experience of a PI caseload
Excellent communication skills for dealing with the client and the MIB
Computer literate and able to do own typing
Ability to work under pressure
