Responsible for the leadership and development of our client’s Marine business, including the delivery of identified revenue, ensuring service delivery and managing client relationships.
You will be a proven Marine leader with highly established relationships with the market. As a leading Lloyd’s broker, our client is looking for a dynamic business producer who will create, maintain and manage long-term business relationships with underwriters to enhance service delivery, ensure budgetary management for the business, provide advice to clients and colleagues on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance overall value proposition.
You will place business with underwriters, plan the market approach strategy with the team, participate in RFP’s, develop new products and initiatives as well as sit on the Marine Executive Board and represent Marine at market facing committees.
