Credit Hire Executive
Location: Reading
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (35 hours per hour)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Hire Executive to join one of the UK leading Legal practices within their Credit Hire team. You will be dealing solely with defendant litigated claims all the way to a final hearing.
Responsibilities:
Meet time recording and billing targets
Internally monitor our overall results against the sums claimed, in order to measure success
Make own decisions regarding progress of claims
Work your own case load which, following training and probation will be approximately 100 cases from inception through to completion.
Handling court hearing
Skills:
Academic or sector specific qualifications are not essential but are desirable
Good level of litigation experience gained from within a legal field would be a distinct advantage
Demonstrate a good understanding of Credit Hire claims
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literate
