Client Relationship Manager

In Bancassurance, the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is the expert on all Savings & Investment products with a large client based portfolio.
 
They  have clients who have regular reviews of their savings and investments and will gain new customers through the branch network.
 
The CRM's deal with all clients with £100k plus to invest.  The role has a support network in place, working with financial planning advisor and the savings specialist to achieve results.
 
The Client Relationship Manager is an integral part of the branch team and leads the way for bancassurance within the branch network to achieve effective sales opportunities and providing customers with the best service experience in the town.

Bancassurance as part of the Branch Network is a fast paced environment.
You must be mobile within the geographical area as you may cover a number of branches to fulfil customer needs.
As with a large variety of clients you may carry out a personal service in the comfort of people's home from time to time.


Professional Qualifications required:

Fully CEFA/FPC qualified

Training & Development:

CRM academy for new starters
This covers all bancassurance products, systems, quality and risk
On the job training too
All training is assessed as we are in a regulated environment
What we are looking for:

A minimum of 12 months financial advice background
Knowledge of the investment market
In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
Knowledge of investment environment
Proven track record in achieving sales
Ability to coach and develop teams
