Non Life Actuary Ireland

This person will be report to the Senior Actuary in the department and will be responsible for ensuring that all the actuarial requirements of the function are met on an ongoing basis.

Tasks:

• Provide quarterly/monthly reporting on the performance of insurance programs
• Assist in the preparation of reports required for year end certification and other external review.
• Monitor and assess the accuracy of the claims reserves
• Involved in the preparation of actuarial analysis for the budgeting purposes
• Involved in the preparation of reinsurance sensitivity analysis reports
• Use GLMs to assist in analysing profitability & determining appropriate rating structures of insurance programs

Suit a nearly/newly qualified with some non-life experience.
