Business Actuary Ireland

Our client seeks a Business Actuary to manage all areas where Actuarial work interfaces with the operation of the company including systems and all other development projects and complex calculations. You will be part of a dynamic senior management team and will get exposure to a wide range of technical and business issues and the opportunity to develop your actuarial career in a progressive and professional environment. You will have direct contact with Senior management incuding the Actuarial Director and the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day to Day management and development of the Actuarial services teams.
• Leading the teams in the provision of actuarial and technical support to our life and pensions departments.
• Close liasion with the business in analysing their requirements
• Production of regular experience investigations.
• Provision of actuarial and technical support for strategic projects.Suit a nearly/newly qualified actuary with life office experience and strong business acumen.
