Adjuster Field Quality Manager The North

Our client is seeking a Technical, A/FCILA qualified Senior Adjuster as regards to a combined Audit / Quality Assurance role, whilst also handling a small caseload of the larger commercial property losses. Approximately 70% of the role will involve you being responsible for the output for a field force Adjusters covering The North and Scotland, reporting into & working closely with the Regional Field Manager. You will be based anywhere in the North of England or Scotland and be happy to work from a home base, local office or both. As regards to the caseload, the losses will generally be between the £50-100k in value and you will be given the assistance of secretarial & support staff. We are ideally looking for an experienced Adjuster; someone that enjoys the technical side of job & who would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force. This represents a fantastic opportunity for either a Senior Property Adjuster looking to progress, or an experienced Adjuster / Manager looking to play a more integral role in company output / Adjuster development.
