The Job:
Due to continued growth and success, my Client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is recruiting for pro active administrators to join their innovative Customer Services division. Dealing with a designated portfolio of schemes, you will be responsible for cradle to grave administration and will take real ownership for your work.
Ensuring the administration of Group Life, Income Protection and Critical illness policies are processed efficiently and accurately, your role will include the following accountabilities:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues to aid the smooth processing of business
Ensure all communication is handled accurately and efficiently, meeting Customer service level agreements
Provide information, undertake ad hoc administration tasks in accordance with client requirements
Train coach and mentor more junior members of the team, share information with colleagues
Be responsible for your personal development, in order to improve performance and knowledge
The Benefits:
A generous salary of up to £20,000 per annum
6 and 12 month salary reviews
Non contributory pension
Up to 10% annual bonus

A basic understanding of the Group Insurance market would be an advantage but is not essential.
