Our ideal candidate will be of Graduate Calibre, either recently graduated or had related experience in a target driven sales related role or be eager to progress in one. This is a high performance business with ambitious growth targets over the next few years, as such they need people with the right attitude, ability and mind set. They can offer all the knowledge, support, sales coaching and development but the one thing the candidate needs is the desire to succeed.
Within the Academy you have 3 objectives.
1. Your own personal monthly targets, you need to be hitting and exceeding it on a regular basis to prove you have the ability to deliver in a more competitive arena.
2. To graduate from the Academy in the quickest time possible.
3. You will be pitched against your peer group so the further up the rankings against your peers the quicker you accumulate points which determines when you graduate along with attitude, performances and general ability.
You will be required to work two late shifts a week in the Academy, 11.30am until 8pm.
This late shift requirement drops to one late per week when you graduate.
Initial starting salary is £15k with OTE in the Academy of £17k
