The Job/Duties
Our client is seeking an Investment Communication Executive to join their Invesytment Management Division. Your main purpose will be to deliver Investment Communications output and strategy with respect to the invested assets of the company’s investment range.
Additional accountabilities include: -
Production of monthly and quarterly fact sheets including the management of any relevant providers.
Production of ad hoc investment literature to support the Investment Marketing activity of the company.
Liaison with Investment Marketing and External Managers with regard to the production, development and support of investment content requirements.
Review and sign off of investment content in marketing literature.
Completion and review of investment questionnaires from 3rd parties.
Provision of appropriate investment market data to support product or fund development.
Take into account the company’s Treating Customers Fairly Guiding Principles to ensure a positive outcome for customers at all times.
Responsibility for the management of risk in area of responsibility.

The Person
Demonstrable experience gained in an investment marketing or communication role.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
An evident interest in investments most likely with an investment qualification i.e. IMC
Excellent Analytical skills, able to analyse data and communicate findings in an effective manner.
Conversant with full range of Microsoft Office applications, especially: Excel.
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be personally engaging.
Experience of project delivery and delivering results to deadlines.
Relationship management skills and experience.
