The Job/Duties
Our client is seeking a Relationship Executive to within the internal Sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, and maintaining relationships with intermediaries through pro-active calls, thus ensuring the company meet their Sales target.
Additional responsibilities will include:-
Delivering Business Development Sales targets and promoting the company’s brand.
Ensuring the daily target for outbound calling to intermediaries is delivered – with the aim of constructing, developing and managing own panel of accounts.
Maintaining an ongoing follow up system ensuring continuous activity.
Producing performance MI relevant to activity and providing feedback on call activity to help with research, product, and proposition development.
Working as a member of the Internal Sales team contributing to the delivery of shared objectives and effective sales and marketing campaigns.

The Person
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, ideally business to business sales.
Self-Motivated and target driven with the ability to work in a changing environment.
Proven planning, organisation and problem solving skills.
Works well independently or within a team environment.
Previous experience of working successfully with IFA’s and Distributors.
Previous experience gained in Financial Services, possessing strong product knowledge.
A clear, confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence.
Confident telephone manner.
Ability to build rapport and establish successful business relationships.
FPC 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent professional qualifications in the financial services.
Systems knowledge: EXCEL, Powerpoint, Word, Access
