An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join an existing team within an IFA practice based in Burton upon Trent. You will be responsible for the typing of letters and documents as requested by the IFA's, opening and correct distribution on incoming mail and the stamping and posting of outgoing mail. You will also be involved in obtaining Client Valuations and obtaining Product Illustrations and supporting paperwork. You will receive and make telephone calls, taking messages and initiating actions arising from telephone calls as appropriate to the role. To submit online and paper Product applications. You will operate a system to follow business through from submission to completion. You will also be responsible for inputting of client information onto the FAIRS client system.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will already have experience of working within an IFA Practice. You must have a “can do” attitude, be well organised, pay close attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills. Career development is available and you will be given opportunity to study for the Certificate in Financial Administration.
