Our Client is seeking a Telephone Based Broker Consultant to sell the company’s Wealth Management products and services over the phone to Independent Financial Adviser, working where appropriate with field based Broker Consultants.
You will be required to develop strong business relationships with IFA’s across the UK, understanding their needs and helping them to develop their business; additional responsibilities will include: -
Building, implementing and delivering an effective business plan for an agreed IFA portfolio.
Achieving and exceeding sales target, developing skills and knowledge to improve levels of performance.
Working with key contacts across the business, ensuring business plans are aligned & maximised.
Delivering projects to meet department/business objectives and client management.

This opportunity offers a generous basic salary and OTE circa £35,000 + per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Strong sales skills/experience and a track record of delivering sales targets.
A strong technical background in investment and pensions business.
Current knowledge of desired IFA market and competitor activity.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Self starting and proactive working attitude.
Proven relationship development & networking skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements within a sales environment.
Computer literate.
Professional Qualifications:
Financial Planning Certificate 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent, desirable but not essential.
