Customer Relationship Manager

Objectives
- Manage and Develop the relationship between our Client and its Associated members
- Help deliver the agreed growth targets for Company Partner Insurers, Company Underwriting and Company London Markets and Towergate Underwriting zones
- Identify opportunities to up-sell into other Company membership levels
- Carry out visits to allocated Members within an agreed area and call cycle, producing a visit report outlining all agreed actions and ensure these are completed.
- Promote the company and partner insurer's products
- Influence placing behaviour to support the Company and partner insurer's products
- Work closely with the Broker Support Desk and ensure there is a joined up approach when either team is dealing directly with the Members.
- For new Members work closely with the Migration team to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Produce placing strategies to maximize Member's commission margin
- Promote the Company and partner insurer's products
- Deliver the agreed growth targets for an allocated panel of Members.
- Plan where the growth will come from and how it will be delivered
- Identify consolidation opportunities & account transfers
- Provide regular feedback to the Insurer Relations Team about the partner deals.
- Assist your Line Manager in any agreed projects and areas of development.
- Maintain an awareness of the company position in the market and understanding competitor activity.
- Keep up to date with insurance market changes by regularly reading the industry news. Duties  & Responsibilities
