Exchange Street has been asked to assist this national IFA organisation in their search for a Branch Head in their well established Leicester branch.
The role will very much entail the successful applicant continuing to look after their own portfolio of clients alongside managing the existing team of advisers. The current team is currently writing excellent levels of business between them and many hold Chartered / Certified status. This means that the managerial duties are far from onerous freeing up the individual to focus on growing the team.
Business at the firm is roughly split between the corporate arena and providing advice to the key personnel of those companies, predominately on a fee or trail income basis. Applicants will therefore have a good understanding and strong track record of providing high quality advice in this area, with it likely that candidates have a strong pensions bias. Given the focus on qualifications at the organisation advancement with the Diploma is very much advantageous.
