Branch Manager

Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to be responsible for their East Anglia based office, managing a team of 4-6 Branch Property Adjusters handling domestic (£25-100k) and commercial (£0-100k) losses. You will report into the Regional Property Manager and be responsible for service, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best' out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
