Commercial Account Executive
Salary: Up to £35,000
Benefits: Home Based, Bonus, Car Allowance and Profit Share

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading Insurance organisations as a Commercial Account Executive. Your role will be to establish, manage and develop key business relationships with the designated intermediaries within the Region, in order to achieve the targeted results.
This will be a home based role that will involve occasional office visits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the New Business Generation, Broker development and retention
To create, maintain and review Business Development Plans
Plan and review own intermediaries performance to ensure targets are met
Provide market feedback on local trends and developments
To focus on costs, process improvements and/or efficiency to contribute to the profitability of the organisation
Develop and maintain relationships with Regional underwriting teams that service respective accounts
Identify further development opportunities from Management Information
Undertake a continuous relationship strategy with targeted brokers and intermediaries in order to clearly articulate the companies underwriting and product offerings
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of the Insurance Industry and Commercial Risks
ACII qualified would be beneficial
Proven experience in delivering profitable Gross Written Premium
A strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to build long standing business relationships
Self motivated and results driven
