The Job/Duties
Working closely with a newly established Underwriting Team which will be specialising in the provision of internet based Package Insurance, utilising a bespoke underwriting system.
Negotiate with bespoke underwriting software and internet providers over system requirements and ongoing alterations.
Implementation of system changes and tailoring to meet client needs.
Providing IT support, both internally, and externally to client Brokers utilising the web based quote engine.
Enhancing the company?s standing and presence nationally by establishing and maintaining strong personal relationships through your IT support function, with key directors and staff at prospective brokers.
The Benefits
A starting salary of between £25,000 and £40,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.

The Person
Experience of working in an IT Support role within the Insurance Industry.
Experience of underwriting Commercial Insurance business in a Company environment, or on a Delegated Authority basis would be useful.
