Pension Administrator

Job Description:
 
To assist with the administration and servicing of Group Personal Pensions and Stakeholder Pensions.
To provide a high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction for all customers.
Maintaining existing policies and processing new customer applications in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
Take ownership and responsibility for cases.
Respond to complex queries and enquiries in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
To provide guidance and support to colleagues, and initiate and encourage teamwork.
To process customer/3rd party instructions to the satisfaction of the policy holder.
To check and authorise work.
To maintain records.
To ensure fair treatment of customers.
