Overview
Working within an expanding Specialist Accident Management Company, you will be involved in all aspects of claims recovery for a fleet of credit hire taxis and other specialist vehicles.
Reporting to Claims Dept Manager you will making liability decisions for new claims taken in by the first response unit.
The claims dept is responsible for the recovery of all hire invoices.
You will be using a bespoke claims management package and in house training will be provided.
As a relatively small company we will also expect you to be adaptable in your approach and be able to grow with us in an ambitious and expanding business.
Particular Responsibilities
- Progressing of new claims from inception to invoicing/recovery of hire.
- Adhering strictly to ABI/GTA guidelines handling both your own claims and progressing those of other ‘first response’ members of staff
- Assessing liability of new claims and advising with regards to hire.
- Liaising with clients, insurers and client Solicitors to ensure correct progression of files.
We are looking for a minimum of 2yrs experience working in a similar environment.
Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience.
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
