Senior Technician Commercial Claims

This is a rare opportunity to work for an innovative Independent Insurance Brokerage that specialises in the Commercial and corporate sectors.They are looking for an experienced claims individual, who has had exposure to Professional Indemnity, Employers Liability and Public Liability Losses.

 This role will involve:

• Dealing with insurers, policy holders and loss adjusters
• Making sure that claims are dealt with according to Financial Services Authority (FSA) rules
• Dealing with customer complaints and appeals
• Working on complex or fraudulent cases that need more experience or specialist knowledge

The sucessful candidate will not only be involved in passing correspondence between insurers and claimants; they will also be required to think, argue and negotiate on behalf of clients. In order to be considered, you must possess strong people skills.
