Description:
To provide administrative support to management, colleagues in the Pension Admin team and company advisers
To assist with report construction, and answer technical enquiries from clients and advisers
To operate the diary system to ensure all department activities are carried out on time
To obtain valuations and other information required from providers
Ensure all new business is processed compliantly and within agreed timescales
Ensure client files are maintained in a professional manner and in line with company procedures
Attend and participate in team meetings as advised by line manager
Liaise with SIPP providers to supply excellent customer service on new and existing business
 
Key Technical Skills & Experience:
Excellent PC skills, good communication skills, good organisation skills, thorough understanding of the Financial Services industry, good pension administration experience, knowledge of SIPPs and a lively and flexible approach to work.
Must hold or be working towards FPC/CFP
Additional qualifications an advantage - G60 desirable
