Recoveries Executive (Fixed Term initially 6 months)

Salary: £14,000
A legal 500 practice requires a Recoveries Executive for the Dispute Management team. You will be joining the team on a fixed term basis initially for 6 months. Debt Recovery is an area of the firm’s practice that is experiencing rapid growth. The successful candidate will need to be committed, enthusiastic and flexible to share in the ongoing expansion of the team and its client base.
Responsibilities:
Conducting pre-legal case work
Telephone chasing
Ensuring the case progresses through the workflow for pre-legal work
Negotiating and reviewing payments where promised by debtors: reviewing instalment plans ensuring these are maintained
Court Proceedings
Loading new cases to computer
Liaising with clients for paperwork to support the claim
Issuing proceedings
Entering judgment and enforcement
Keeping clients up to date on all their matters at all times
Ensuring deadlines are met
Efficient use of computerised diary and case management system
