NICHE INSURER BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Our client is a successful, City-based niche Insurance Company. They are looking for a proactive, experienced sales person to join their business development team and help increase sales and profitability over the group’s 3 main Insurance products. You will do this through a mixture of prospecting, cold-calling, direct marketing and networking to new clients and cross-selling to existing clients. You will be in charge of arranging your own client meetings and closing deals. A small but necessary part of the role is to ensure clients receive training in how to sell the product to the general public whilst remaining compliant with Industry regulation. To carry out this role you should be reliable, responsive, professional and empathetic.
