A market leader in consulting, Hr services and employee benefits require 3 internal consultants to develop the corporate PMI market with existing clients. They have negotiated bespoke solutions with providers that comprehensively accounts for the SME marketplace.
The main crux of the role is to sell in Group PMI and possibly group risk to existing clients which is 90% telephone based, 10% face to face . Due to this approach being new to the company the initial remit will be to build relationships with the various divisions within the organisation to gain access to existing clients and to cross sell in group PMI.
The team will, initially , be formed of 3 individuals where 1 of these would adopt a Team Leader position to lead the operation.
Skills
Experience in the FS marketplace is essential with PMI, Group Risk experience desirable . The ability and proven track record of building relationships both internally and externally is essential , face face experience is preferred. Benefits
Salary is to £25k for the consultants and £30k for the team Leader pension, pmi, dis and flex.
OTE is expected in the region of £10k above salary and is not capped.
