Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £13,900
Location: Taunton
Shifts 9am – 9pm, 4 days on 4 days off
Our client, one of the South West’s leading service provider to the insurance and related markets, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their highly successful Customer Service team.

Responsibilities
Answering and making telephone calls, data entry, filing and client and supplier liaison
Pursuing suppliers to ensure their compliance to company service level agreements
Maintaining a professional manner while liaising with clients, suppliers and members of the public
Maintaining a high level of personal organisation to ensure key duties are carried out
From time to time you will also be expected to carry out other duties and special projects in addition to key tasks which are within your skills and capability
Skills
Previous experience working within a call centre environment would be beneficial
The successful candidate will be literate and numerate with at least basic IT and typing skills
You will have good communication and organisational skills, with an excellent telephone manner and confidence when talking to people
You will be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive mental attitude and a willingness to learn
