Care Fee Adviser

Our client is a subsidiary of a global banking organisation and specialise in the provision of long term care advice to the elderly community. They are looking for a financial advisor in the Cardiff location who will specialise in long term care advice.
 
You will be

- Visiting clients at home to complete a fact find and will need to gather sensitive medical and financial information
- Supported by an administrative assistant who will help with report writing and policy submissions for you.
- Establishing and maintaining contact with care homes
- Creating a panel of solicitors to whom you can refer clients for legal advice, enduring powers of attorney, wills, ownership of property etc
- The position is self-employed and you will receive a generous commission rate together with a potential guarantee of income in the short term.
- Leads will be provided to you and you will be working from home going out to visit clients
- You will be provided with a structured training course on commencement with the company and will be provided with a mentor after training to help you in your first 6 months in the role
- You will be supported by national business development managers
- Whilst this is a self employed role, average earning amongst the company's 100 financial advisors are £30-50,000 per annum

Skills & Qualifications Required

- FPC 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent
- CF8 Long Term Care or be studying for this qualification
- Have achieved CAS - Competent Advisor Status
- Have a progressive track record in financial services
