Liability Claims Handler
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 Benefits
Location: Hampshire
A Liability Claims Handler is required to join one of the UK’s fastest growing Loss Adjusters. You will be required to handle a portfolio of Employers and Public Liability Claims through to completion, whilst negotiating settlements successfully to ensure the profitable growth of the organisation.
You will be provided ongoing support and opportunities to gain industry qualifications with this highly recognised and reputable organisation
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and organise a caseload of Employers and Public Liability claims, ensuring efficient turnaround times and client service satisfaction
Negotiate settlements with clients within agreed authority levels
Ensure total compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures
Actively contribute to the cultural ethos of the team through eagerness to develop and drive to succeed
Skills:
Previous experience dealing with Employers and Public Liability Claims through to completion
A good general understanding in the principals of insurance and Claims process
Able to manage and priorities workloads to meet turnaround targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
