Insurance Paralegal (fixed-term 6 months)
Location: Reading
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
We have a new fixed term Insurance Paralegal role in our clients Reading offices.
The purpose is to help assist the Insurance Team with Pre Litigation and Post Litigation claims handling and will involve responsibility for a small caseload.
Responsibilities:
You will run your own small case load and assist with other team members caseloads Dealing with mostly injury claims with a mix of RTA, EL and PL claims
To provide general support to the Insurance team
Pre and post litigation tasks
Claims handling
File maintenance
Quantum Reviews
Maintaining and Updating Management Information
To meet time recording and billing targets
To internally monitor overall results against the sums claimed, in order to measure success
Skills:
Proactive and Efficient
Proven planning and organising ability
Must be a good team player
Some Litigation experience is desirable
Keyboard and IT skills
Care and attention to detail
Good communication skills
