Welcome to the new look Insurance Jobs Board Recruitment Portal

Today sees the launch of our new site design and at last the unveiling of our new company logo and brand identity.

Insurance Jobs Board is now in its 5th year of online jobs advertising in the Insurance and Financial services sector and the site has long been overdue a makeover to catch up with new and emerging technologies and as great as the original design was it needed a revamp. This new site is the result of over a years worth of planning and development in conjunction with our technolgy partner Strategies PLC and we are proud to launch it to our clients and jobseekers.

There are many people that I personally and the team at Insurance Jobs Board have to thank who have enabled us to reach this significant milestone in our company journey.

• Dan at Storm media for his great design work with Antony to deliver the corporate branding and new logo.
• Our technology partner Strategies PLC for the outstanding job that they have done on delivering a challenging and complicated brief. This has been a huge project and many of the team at Strategies have been involved at various stages of the development cycle. In particular we would like to thank Charlotte for managing to acurately recreate our design concept and bring it life with such skill. Paul for all his expert design work, repeated amends, patience, support and understanding in delivering us a working beta site and dealing with us whilst we ran it through all the testing phase with yet more amends! and all the time we did our best to break it at every opportunity. Rob for all the technical expertise in the database design, coding and safe migration of the existing content, Steve for server side server technologies and Adrian for his sterling work and assistance and support in refining the website optimisation. Finally our utmost thanks go to Neil for keeping his calm and keeping me in check - yes a none too easy task! when all about us were losing theirs he remained steadfast and focused and directed us all to keep it all on track and delivered a truely outstanding platform.

• I personally would like to thank the team here at Insurance Jobs Board especiallythe lynch pins of the business Antony, Dominic and Toni for all the hard work, late nights, long weekends spent in design, copywriting and testing whilst still managing to oversee the original site day to day operations. It has been somewhat of a a long haul but I am sure that it was worth it! Those that know me well, know that I am a bit of a perfectionist at heart so despite the delays I know that now we are ready to offer up our next generation insurance and financial services jobs portal and as they say "you only have one chance at a first impression! " so I think it was worth the wait

We welcome your feedback on the new site and the additional functionality that has been built in for clients and the insurance and financial services jobseekers that visit it daily . The site has been comprehensively tested in its beta environment over the last 3 months and it has all been running very smoothly and we sincerely hope that continues to be the case when the site goes live. If you should spot any problems please either contact us via our live online help on the homepage or give us a call and our technical staff will immediately investigate it.

One thing that you may notice whilst searching on the new site of insurancejobsboard.com is that some of the locations or categories may display limited somewhat limited job number results this is because we have added many new locations and categories into the site. As the current live jobs were migrated on mass over to the new system it will take some till until our recruiters / employers update their job ads to add in the new location options or category choices. This will soon right itself as new jobs are added and older postings begin to expire in the system . In the interim you can run a keyword search to drill out the job postings that way. Check out the top searched terms on our homepage search box for quick search results.
