Whats Happened to Google Search homepage???

If like me this morning you logged onto google homepage and the default google homepage image was replaced by a garish photograph. You were either delighted or furious that it had been messed about with no warning!

After an hour of trying to reset my homepage back to the default white homepage. I finally came up with a temporary fix. set your google homepage to http://www.google.com/ncr  (no country redirect) and have a headache free day

Enjoy google as a noise free homepage again. Google homepage is crisp and clean it's not  Bing  bling images in your face if I wanted images on my default search homepage -google homepage I would use Bing!

Fix your google homepage and get rid of the migraine inducing images

Not sure how long this change will be live for but until they allow you the option to reset the google homepage back to its default I know which I will be using
