Aviva Life and Pensions appoints new group marketing director.

Aviva Life insurance and pension products group has appointed Amanda Mackenzie as the company's new group marketing director and additionally she is also appointed as a member of the group's executive committee. Ms Mackenzie will report directly to Andrew Moss, the CEO of the company.

Ms Mackenzie was most recently employed with British Gas, where she carried out the role of commercial and marketing director for the company.

 Mr Moss said: "I am delighted that Amanda will be joining Aviva. She is both an excellent marketing professional and a successful change agent. Amanda will join my group executive and her appointment is a key addition to my senior leadership team."
